A Brief Introduction to Henan Engineering Research Center of Hair Products

    In November, 2009, technology center ( hereinafter refers to as the center ) of Henan Rebecca hair products, Inc. was identified as a state-level enterprise technology center by the National Development and Reform Committee, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, and the National Taxation Bureau. It is the sole state-level enterprise technology center in domestic hair products industry.
   The center is an integrated entity which includes technology and product research, development, communication, decision-making, service as. Its development direction, target, main task and other relevant information are as follows:
    Direction: Aiming at the international research progress of hair products range, product fashion trend, actively carry out the scientific research of the hair industry, which will make the center becoming the technical distribution center and radiation center as well as the cradle for talent. 
    Target: The center will be established into national hair products industry technology innovation center, the hair products industry standard center, the hair products industry testing center, the hair products industry information center, the hair products industry training center for talent, and the comprehensive technology platform integrated many kinds of functions.
   Task: The research, promotion and application of new materials, new equipments, new products, new technology, new agents and new procedures; the research and design of high value-added and functional and new product; the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements; Carrying out the research for the tested programs and methods for the hair industry by using the high and new developed technology.
     The Center possess its own complete laboratory facilities and professional experimenter, and which has established laboratories of hair dyeing, human hair weaving, mannequin, synthetic wig, synthetic hair weaving, additives, humanoid hair fiber materials, physical and chemical rooms, pilots and other advanced production lines. In 2011, the center built two test lines for wet spinning and melt spun, equipped with 3 D color laser scanning microscope, intelligent moisture inspecting instruments, and other test facilities. Furthermore, its modern information processing system has extended to foreign R&D platform, and filled the need of product research and development, and quality testing, etc.
     In the future development, the center will continue to work hard to conduct extensive exchanges with related domestic research institutions and academic organizations, and strengthen the ability of independent innovation. Surrounding the goal of the "two have", it will implement technology leading strategy, develop humanoid hair fiber materials, new technology of hair products, and new process, pursue original innovation, emphasize on integrated innovation, and promote its dominant products to reach international first-class level. It will also adhere to "innovation" and combination of "production, study, research”, build first-class technical team, track worldwide advanced technology, actively preempt the summit of industry technology, develop core technology with independent intellectual property rights to promote progress of industrial technology and also to promote the national economy to realize sustained, rapid and healthy development, and contribute to the rising of central China!
