Two Scientific and Technological Achievements certified by the provencial level

      Jan. 5, 2013, “The Cationic modified polyester fiber” and “The wig light-storing PVC fiber” which researched by Company Technology Center have passed the appraisal. The appraisal organized by Henan Science and Technology Agency. The technological level of those two achievements are in the domestic leading position and fill gaps in the domestic technology. Up to now, there are 15 technological achievements passed the appraisal at provincial level.
  Cationic modified polyester fiber was made from the most advanced preparation process by using alcohols chain extension agent to improve the dyeing property, which made dyeing polyester at ordinary temperatures and pressures realize without using monomer such as poly alkylene glycol. It solved the technical problem that dyeing performance of pure modified polyester fiber was poor because the dyeing particles were hard to penetrate into fiber. What’s more, during the process of polymerization, the discharge of poisonous and harmful monomer was reduced, which protected our environment. The effective characteristics of the fiber are easy to penetrate for dyeing particles, bright and complete color spectrum, etc.
  The wig light-storing PVC fiber is using special spinning formula, processing conditions and treating technology, adding the rare earth-activated alkaline earth aluminate as the property-modifying additive and pvc composite spinning. This fiber is not only equipped with the ordinary hairwork characteristics such as anti-static, softy, puffy, easy modified light, new characteristics as storing light and continuous luminous in the dark, but also carry forward the well luminescence property of rare earth aluminate. Compared with the traditional sulfide steady persistence material, it has wider visible light, stronger luminous efficiency, longer afterglow time, acid resistace, kali resistace, resistance to radition, antioxidant and long time using, etc. In addition , it has no radioactive contamination no harm to the people and environment.
