     In the morning of Mar.19th, Rebecca college council held its first established meeting in Xuchang university .The meeting has discussed the establishment, the articles of association, members of the council vote, the professional training scheme and some other matters.These people have attended this meeting:The chairman of Henan Rebecca hair products INC.,Zheng Youquan .The president of Xuchang University Chen Jianguo and the vice president Zhang Jianjun..the leaders of some relevant departments and some relevant person responsible for  Xuchang University, and more than 50 representatives relevant hair products business.Zheng Youquan and Zhang Jiangjun have a speech for the meeting.The vice president of Xuchang university Zheng Zhi held the meeting.　

      The meeting indicated that the tenet of the Rebecca college council is serving for the hair production industry and the development of the district economy in XuChang, safe guiding the council and the member's lawful rights.To speed up training the highly skilled workers in hairwork field with the goal of hairwork industry and development of XuChang.
