On April 28th, as the May Day is drawing near, the Commendation Conference of model workers and advanced workers has been held in Henan Great Hall of the People. Guo Gengmao, the secretary of Henan Provincial Party Committee and the director of the Standing Committee of the Henan Provincial People’s Congress, attended the meeting and made important speeches.Xie Fuzhan, the vice secretary of Henan Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Henan Province, chaired the meeting, with attendance of the provincial leaders including Ye Dongsong, Deng Kai, Li Ke, Liu Chunliang, Yin Jinhua, Liu Mancang, Wu Tianjun, Qin Yuhai, Wang Yanling, Gao Tijian, Gian Guoyu and Provincial Military Region Deputy Commander Hao Gaochao. 1,198 model workers and advanced workers in Henan received their honors at the meeting. General manager of Joint-stock Company Zheng Guihua was awarded the “Labor Model of Hanan Province”. She attended the meeting and received the honors. 

     Labor Model in Henan province will be selected every five years, which is awarded by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial government. It is the highest award given to workers from all fronts who perform particularly excellent in the great process of the rise of central China, the revitalization of Henan as well as the enrichment of people in Henan province.
