      In order to celebrate the Spring Festival, our joint-stock company had a tea party in the restaurant of the C area on Dec.31, 2011. Middle-level officials and above and part of talented employees came to tea party. This tea party is chaired by company deputy general manager Yansheng Feng, general manager Guihua Zheng delivered a speech of congratulation, and Chairman Youquan Zheng published serious talk on this tea party.
     Company general manager Guihua Zheng offered New Year blessings to all employees in tea party firstly, and given full affirmation for achievement of the past year to all employees. She noted that 2011 Year is special year on company development history, under the correct leadership of Chairman Youquan Zheng, business layer and management at any level pulled together to guide all employees for the implementation of concrete measures, so targets is achieved. In the past year, we persist in using the standardized management to promote our development, in depth enforcing excellent performance management that modifies and perfects previous performance appraisal and remuneration system, improving the personnel managing system, thoroughly implementing specialized manufactory management mode, carrying out the competitive bidding method on materials purchase, enhancing the transparency and normalization of management; what’s more, we vigorously develop domestic and foreign markets, which promotes the formalization of diversified market structure little by little; besides, there has already existed breakthrough on the adjustments of product structure, new materials, new technology and the research & development in new equipment in our company; in addition, the steady progress has been made in the major construction projects; furthermore, the welfare benefits of our staff have been improving gradually.
    On the tea party, Chairman Youquan Zheng  given an important speech .firstly he expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all employees who worked hard in 2011.Chairman makes a complete analysis of current domestic and international market situation, he hope all staff can understand development direction of our company and work should carefully follow company guideline and policy in 2012.he noted that 2012 is a challenged year for joint-stock company because of renminbi revaluation is likely to stay and European and American markets look grimmest. It is necessary to correctly guide and expand domestic consumption, intensify the readjustment of product mix in line with market demand. Finally chairman offered best wishes to all Rebecca people.
 Facing the 2011 achievement, all people who come to tea party are very excited and shared their delight to each other, a very warm atmosphere appeared.
 After tea party, Chairman Youquan Zheng and general manager Guihua Zheng had dinner together with all people who come to tea party.
