Important Affairs of 2008
    March 9th，the first phases of fiber production base construction project held a starting ceremony in Shangji.The investment and construction of this project is not only a concentrated expression of improvement rapidly of hair products industry technical level, but also another major strategic choice for Rebecca to achieve sustainable development, and it marks Rebecca entered a new period of development.
    Mar.13 it held the Technology Conference of Xuchang which awarded advanced group&individuals on scientific and technological innovation.Henan Rebecca Hair Products Inc. was rated“the first group of innovative enterprises of Xuchang” and two other honorary title.  Xuebing Wu, director of Technology Center was named the “leader of technology and innovation of Xuchang.”
    In the morning of April 3rd , Commendation congress of the provincial commerce system is held in Zhengzhou，Provincial leaders Guangchun Xu, Gengmao Guo,  Quanshu Wang, met 30 Business advanced collectives representatives from the whole province,100 model workers and advanced worker and took photos with the representatives. In this Commendation congress，Henan Rebecca Hair Products Inc. (the abbreviation Rebecca Hair Products Inc.) and eight other unit was awarded the title of  "advanced group of national commerce systems".
    At 9:00 am of July 7th, Employees in the national standardization technical committee held the establishing congress in the hall on the 9th floor of Rebecca technology building .The leaders of National standardization technology management committee, the China Light Industry Federation, Henan province quality technology supervision bureau,Qingdao quality technology supervision bureau and the enterprise employees from Chinese  Hair Products line, research institute&testing organization,total 30 committee member&experts gethered together, sharing the flourishing age.Xuchang Municipal People's Government, vice mayor Chunmei Qin, deputy secretary general Yusheng Lin and XuChang county secretary Wang Kun come to here for congratulation.
    In the afternoon of May 15th, Courtyard echoed with songs (contribution of love) for a long time in the area C of Henan Rebecca. The Group Leader, subsidiary representative and thousands of staff representatives of Hair Products Inc.gathered in front of the technology building held donation ceremony for earthquake relief work.
    In the afternoon of May 27th, Vice secretary of provincial committee and acting governor Gengmao Guo came to Rebecca to investigate accompanied by City&County leadership Wanchun Mao, Li Ya, Corporation Chairman Zheng Youquan.
    May 28th, there is news from the National Productivity Promotion Center: hair products industry Productivity Promotion Centre in Xuchang City which relying on Henan Rebecca was named “the 7th batch of national Demonstration Productivity Promotion Center” by Department of Science& Technology.
     May 16th, Henan Provincial Department of Commerce announced the list of
  “2008-2009 Henan Export Famous Trademark”.55 enterprises’trademark of Henan
    Province were seclected in this list,including“Rebecca”.
   This showed Rebecca was glorious nominated again after it was named as the famous Export Brand of Henan province in September,2004.
   June 26th,the Poll results “2007 listed companies in China top value and the second small & medium-sized plate company top 50”was announced in Beijing,Henan Rebecca Hair Products.Inc was ranking among Top Value relying on its sustained performance growth and standardized management .And Xinyao Lu,the board of the directors of Henan Rebecca,won award of the excellent secretary of information disclosure at the same time.
    August 6th,Henan Rebecca concentratedly received 11 patent certificates issued by the State Intellectual Property Office.And Henan Rebecca has already acquired 26 licensed technology previously.
   In the morning of August 13th,the second Party member congress of Henan Rebecca Hair Products.Inc was hold on the ninth floor of technologh building. The party secretary of Group companies and Henan Rebecca Hair Products.Inc made the work report.The congress election produced 7 members of the Party committee and 3 members of discipline committee,Xinyao,Lu was elected to the party secretary,Tianyou Zhang was elected to the vice secrectary of Party and Discipline inspection commission secretary.
    On August 18th,the Province state-owned assets committee ,the Provincial General Trade Union , the Province Department of Finance etc. 9 departments confirmed the second Innovative pilot enterprises and Innovative Enterprises of Henan province. And Henan Rebecca and others total 6 companies were selected to the second Innovative pilot enterprises, they were also considered as the second Innovative Enterprises of Henan province.
    October 10th,over one hundred responsible persons from hair Products Company attended the Hair Products branch meeting of Chinese Chambers of commerce of arts and crafts Import and export in Beijing.The meenting spreaded a good news that Henan Rebecca was elected to the first Council unit of Chinese Chambers of commerce of arts and crafts Import and export.Youquan Zheng was elected as the Chairman of Hair Products branch meeting.
    November 5th, accompanied by Xianbo Yang-municipal party committee and  Vice Mayor,the Hong Kong Business top tour visited Rebecca.Regarding the Business top tour, the regimental commander is Zhongliang Feng,who is also the Vice President of Hong Kong《Dagong newspaper》.
   November 5th,in the company of City leader Ya Li and Youquan Zheng-President of Rebecca,the Chongqing Vice Secretary,Xuan Zhang leaded Party and government investigation group visited Rebecca.
   On November 22nd, the director of Henan Securities regulatory bureau Qingsu and others over 20 persons visited Rebecca.President Youquan Zheng made a report about corporate governance, Standard Operation and current production operation.
    At 8 o’clock pm of December 19th,it was brilliantly illuminated and the atmasphere was warm in Henan television studio.The selection activity that “Henan reform and openess 30years/30 State-owned enterprises/30 Private enterprises/ 30persons announced the results.It was hold by Henan NDRC, SASAC ,Small and medium-sized enterprise Bureau, Provincial Party Committee,and broadcaster.
    The chairman of board YouquanZheng was awarded the tile of ‘the private economy leader of 30 years reform and opening up of Henan province’ and was cordially received by Provincial leaders GengmaoGuo and Quanshu Wang etc.
