    On the afternoon of January 7, the Provincial Party Committee United Front Work Department, the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Henan TV was solemnly held the ‘Commemoration and Commendation Conference of 30 years reform and opening up’ in the Yellow Rive Guest House. The Conference reviewed the 30 years of glorious history and basic experience of Henan Province non-public sector of the economy, commended a numberof outstandingprivate entrepreneurs in and enterprises. Henan Rebecca Corporation ranked the third onthe conference issued ‘the briefing of the top hundred privateenterprises in Henan Province’. The Chairman of board YouquanZheng was awarded the Henan Provincial title of the most influential private entrepreneurs in the 30 years of reform and opening up. Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd. was awarded the tile of Top Hundred Private Enterprise Tax Payers of Henan Province, and the Honorable tile of Advanced Unit of the Private Enterprises in Henan Province Participated in the New Rural Construction.
     On the afternoon of January 8, the provincial awarding ceremony of the first batch high tech enterprises of 2008 year was held in the People’s Grand Hall of Henan. Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd was among the 114 enterprises.
     On the morning of February 13, the Provincial Awarding Ceremony of Top Hundred Enterprises of Excellence Quality Management of 2008 year was held at the provincial Bureau of Quality and Technic Supervision. Rebecca hair products company was listed. 
     On the morning of February 26, Henan Outstanding Contribution Award of Henan Industry was held in the People’s Grand Hall of Henan. Henan Rebecca Hair Products Company and the chairman of the board YouquanZheng among 22 enterprises and 22 entrepreneurs was awarded the Henan Industry Award for Outstanding Contribution
     March 1 to March 3, Henan Migrant Workers Exhibition was solemnly held at the Beijing Agricultural Exhibition Center, Rebecca Hair Products Company as the exhibited characteristics of the exhibition on behalf of Xuchang City, has been received highly comment by the central to local levels leaders, Zhaoguo Wang, WantongZheng, GuangchunXu, GengmaoGuo, Ya Li and visitors.
     February 26, the second phase of Synthetic Fiber Production Base which invested by Henan Rebecca Hair Products Company under construction.

     May 27, The Provincial Government commended  the 100 "Excellent Private Enterprise in Henan Province", 100"High-growth private enterprises in   Henan Province "and 50" Outstanding private entrepreneurs in Henan Province ", Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd and the Chairman of board Youquan Zheng was awarded "Excellent Private Enterprise in Henan Province" and " Outstanding private entrepreneurs in Henan Province "in the Yellow Rive Guest House, It is reported, the competition recognition event held two years once, Rebecca shares and Zheng Youquan already is won the award third time .
    On the afternoon of the 27th, 47 by People's Daily, Xinhua, the Chinese network, Sina,Sohu and other central and provincial key news website, famous sites responsible comrades and the editorial staff of the eighth "see Henan on the internet "Folk Group(Southgroup) to visit Rebecca.

     On November 16th, National Development and Reform Committee, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance, General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Taxation, the General Assembly had a meeting in Shengzhen, and awarded Technical Center of 16 batch of enterprises which enjoyed preferential policy.
