    March 17th, President Zheng Youquan announced the start of fifth phase of hair products line expansion project.  This project is the high quality hair products line for domestic market and is one of Rebecca's key project in 2000.
    March 31st, Rebecca company was listed one of the National enterprise intellectual property experimental units.
    Jun 20th, The fifth public securities cup of "Chinese listed company competition ability & credibility TOP10" awards ceremony and 2010 excellent listed company leaders summit was held in Shanghai.  Rebecca stock company won "the most shareholders' equity listed company" title, the secretary of the board of directors of Lu Xinyao was honored "golden board secretory of investor relations".
    Jul 20th, the research of "Henan Hair Products Patents Strategy Promote Project" was finished successfullly.
    Aug 9th, the TV advertise "My Secret of Beauty",shot by Rebecca ambassador in China Fan Bingbing, was launched on CCTV-1 and CCTV-3.
    Aug. 18th, the state intellectual property office issued a circular list on the second group of national intellectual property rights exemplary enterprises create unit, Henan Rebecca Hair Products Inc. became one of the146 units.
    Sep 16th, Henan Rebecca Hair Products Inc marketing center opening ceremony was held. The project is expected to last one years to build a specialized modern office body functioned by marketing planning, new product promotion, brand promotion,  product exhibition and customer service.
    Oct. 17th, Henan Rebecca Hair Products Inc held a grand reception cocktail party in Shanghai and gathered with more than 100 delegates from US Hair Products Chamber of Commerce to have deep communication of business and friendship.
    Dec.7th, The General Secretary of the CCYLC Central Committee, Chairman of National Youth League, Wang Xiao surveyed Rebecca company.     On that morning, Wang was accompanied byGeneral Secretary of Henan CCYLC Central Committee Hou Hong, Municipal Party Secretary Li Ya and President of Rebecca company Zheng Youquan, visited the show room and studied wig producing technique and highly commented the healthy development of the enterprise and the great achievements.
    December 8th, the director of provincial intellectual property, Mr.GuoMingSheng,ect, came to Rebecca to research the work of intellectual property rights. In the few years, the stock company adhered to the independent innovation. And the numbers of declaring patent was increasing year by year.
December 10th, morning, the deputy director of provincial of people's congress committee, LiBaiShuan, leaded NPC to visit Rebecca. Accompanied by, municipal party secretary LiYa and Mr, ZhengYouQuan etc, visited to the exhibition hall and the processes of making wigs, and gave the high evaluation.
