    On October 9, Xuchang County Hair Products Factory was established, Zheng Youquan was factory director.
Major Events in 1992
    On February 11, the first three online machine in the company gave birth. From that day on, he human weave produced by Xuchang people got the recognition of the foreigners. This indicated that the Xuchang’s dependence on low value-added raw materials file export over the past centuries came to an end, and realized the epoch-making leap.

    In January, Xuchang County Hair Products Plant Phase II expansion project was completed.

The establishment of Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd. marks the products of the enterprise achieved the first step in a major leap forward.     On January 25, Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd. was awarded as 1995 annual export volume of over ten million dollars advanced Institution by Xuchang city government
    In April, the chairman, Mr. Zheng Youquan of Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd.,was awarded " May 1st Labor Medal of Henan Province.

     In March, Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd. won the title of "Henan outstanding light industry enterprises on management.
     In September, with the coming of Teachers' Day, Zheng Youquan led the company leaders donates more than 60,000 yuan to Lingjin Town, Xuchang County Party school, Xuchang County Experimental High School, Experimental Primary School, etc.

     On March 26, Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd. was granted as the advanced female workers Group in 1997 by the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions.
      In August, the Chairman of Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd. ,Mr. Zheng Youquan and his team contributed a total of 40 million to support flood relief.
      On September 15, the CPC Henan Province, deputy secretary, acting governor Li Keqiang, accompanied by Foreign Economic and Trade Department director-designate The Wealth of Nations, and municipal leaders, Kong Yufang visited Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd..

      In June, Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd. won the title of "advanced Light Industry Export Institution of Henan Province 
      In July, Xuchang Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau, Xu [1999] 056 approved Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd. changed from Sino-foreign joint ventures for the domestic enterprises.
     On September 28, determined by the board with a sponsor agreement signed, the limited liability company is decided to change to the limited company, approved by the Document No.26 Henan Shares of Henan Government, Henan Rebecca Hair Products, Ltd is entirely changed to Henan Rebecca Hair Products, Co. Ltd. The registered capital is 66,000,000RMB. And on October24, the corporate business license is obtained from Henan Industry and Commerce Administration.
     On October 26 , Zhi Shuping, Provincial Standing Comittee Member of Henan and Minister of the Organization Department of Henan, carried out an inspection in Henan Rebecca Hair Products, Co.Ltd.
