Major Events in 2002
  On April 2nd, the Rebecca company was named the 2001" private enterprises of Henan Province export champion".  
  On April 28th, Japan's" Asahi news" reporter Jue Jiang Yi ren couples interviewed president, and visited the workshop.
  On May 15th, the company was founded in the armed forces. The military commander Liu jin 、the secretary of county Party committee Zhou Xianzhong , deputy secretary Li Jianfeng, deputy head of Kang Yongsheng and the relevant person in charge attended the opening ceremony. The company armed forces of 120 primary militiamen belonging in military fatigues lined up to attend

    In September, the Rebecca company won the" private technology enterprises in Henna province 50" title.
    On September 30th, the company initial public offering of stock listings obtained the approval of China Securities Regulatory commission.
    On October 29th, second Henan Pawnshop businessman of civilian battalion science and technology to commend congress is held ceremoniously in the province science and technology museum. Company president  Zheng Youquan have passed the examination.
     In December, the company was awarded the provincial Union Federation awarded the "Henan Province, moral warmth works advanced unit" medals.
Major Events in 2003
    On January 18th, in Henan province tenth the first session of National People's Congress, President Zheng Youquan was elected the tenth session of the National People's Congress representative. 
    On February 10th 2003 in Henan Province Foreign Trade and economic cooperation on working conference, Rebecca company is commended, won the" Henan Province in 2002 exports of private enterprises and the champion" trophy and "Henan province to export the job advanced unit in 2002 " medals. 
    About ten thirty in the morning of April 10th, the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Vice Premier Hui Liangyu in the company of the province, city, county leader etc., inspected the company East factory part of workshop and showroom.    To encourage enterprises to develop industry dominant position, promote the upgrading of products, to make the enterprises bigger and stronger.
   At 10am ,May 6th , the new factory company foundation stone laying ceremony was held.Liu Chunliang, Mao Wanchun, Dong Jinping, Zhao Yuhui, ray, Li Wanying, Shen Quanxing armed four team leader, and Xuchang County, Zhou Xianzhong, Wang Guimei, Li Jianfeng, Liu Genfa and other big four team leader, Xuchang County Township Party committee secretary, county departments responsible person, company employees and other hundreds of people attended the groundbreaking ceremony. Zheng Youquan, Zhou Xianzhong, Dong Jinping spoke early or late. 
   In the morning of May 22, vice governor of Henan Province Shi Jichun in the company of,the city leaders Song yingChun, Zhang Jian, Mao Wanchun, Shen wuzhuang, inspected the Rebecca company. The vice governor give the full affirmation for the SARS prevention and not to relax in the production and sales of "through" the achievements,encourage enterprises to actively play bibcock action, actively participate in the Xuchang hair products company and the integration of resources, also play an important role in Xuchang hair products bigger and stronger. 
   On June 19, Henan Department of Commerce approved , Ltd. Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd. to establish Rebecca Fashion Co." in Nigeria.
   On June 25, Rebecca stock has first issued. And rebecca issued 24 million ordinary shares to the public. The issue price is 10.4RMB/share, to raised funds 249.6 million yuan, after the share issued, the total share capital is 90million shares.
   On July 10 ,9:29 am, the stock of Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd. first came out in Shanghai Stock Exchange. Xuchang municipal party committee secretary Liu Chunliang and Zheng Youquan, chairman of Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd. went for the stock market opening ceremony. City and county leaders Liu Chunliang, Mao Wanchun Zhou xianzhong, Wang Guimei visited the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and attended the listing ceremony.
   On July 30, the Company was named the 2002 Excellent Export Processing Trade Enterprise in Henan Province and awarded medals by Zhengzhou Customs and Provincial Foreign Economic and Trade Cooperation Bureau .
   At 9 o'clock on July 31, the opening ceremony of the party committee was held in the company compound. Municipal Committee Wang Jinhuai, Ministers of the Organization Yang Xianbo came to celebrate .
   From August 11 to 12, the company was awarded the title ”Advanced open economy advanced Institution by Henan government in provincial opening work conference,
   At 4:00 pm on August 29, the company held Party membership meeting. 34 party members, on behalf of the 53 party members, be in accordance with the approach of the candidate election, elected the first session of the Commission and Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd., Zheng Minglu was elected as the party secretary, Li Guoding as national deputy secretary Lu Laifa as the Discipline Inspection Commission secretary.
   In October, the 14th Congress of the Chinese trade unions was held in the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, Rebecca company union won the honorary title "Model Staff Home".
   In December, the company won the title "Advanced Tax-paying Enterprises in Henan Province.
