     In the evening of January 15, 2013, the Henan TV performance hall was illuminated and packed,  the atmosphere was solemn and warm. Having "Innovation drives development, economic leads the future" as the theme, 2012 the 3rd Henan Economic Person of the year awards ceremony was held here.10 entrepreneurs including  ZhengYouQuan--- the chairman of the board of Henan Rebecca group, were selected.
    This activity was sponsored by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Industry, the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, the Provincial Tax Bureau, the Provincial Local Taxation Bureau, the Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, and was undertaked by Henan TV. A member of the International Advisory Committee of Boao Asia Forum, the chief negotiator and Vice Minister of the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, the General Counsel of Henan Economic Person of the Year Award, Long Yongtu, the standing committee of Henan provincial party committee, the Propaganda Minister Zhao Suping, a member of the NPC Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, Wang Mingyi, the deputy director of the Standing Committee of Henan provincial People's Congress, Jiang Duyun, the Vice Governor of the People's Government of Henan Province, Chen Xuefeng, the Vice Chairman of Henan Province CPPCC, Wang Xun Zhi, the Vice Chairman of Henan Province CPPCC, the Chairman of Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Liang Jing, etc, attended the awards show and awards for the winners.
      Zheng Youquan , the chairman of the Rebecca group, was in investigation trip abroad. Zheng Wenqing ,the vice-president , was present the award. She said ,” Getting the award means the leaders give credit to Zheng Youquan. The award will encourage people in Rebecca to make more contributions.” In the award , a video showed the story about Zheng Youquan.Rebecca become a leader company of this line in the world from previous manual workshop,and become a heterogeneous group from a single industry factory.Meanwhile Zheng Youquan donated money to support public welfare undertakings. The audience clapped for the great achievement of Zheng Youquan gained.
      Henan economic person of the year award is named as the “assistor” and the “vane” of the economic development of Henan. Since 2010, the government and all sectors of society pay highly attention on this activity. 10 excellent entrepreneurs have been elected in the activity which is following the previous model in last two years and through the recommendation and open selection. They are the leader in different field and the person who give others positive power. They show the responsibility and humanistic care to the society.
