172 deputies who will attend the 12th NPC were elected on Jan. 29th.2013, when the first meeting of 12th Henan People's Congress was hold. The company president Zheng YouQuan was elected as one of the Deputies. This is the third time for Zheng YouQuan since he was elected as a deputy of the 10th and 11th NPC.
