Rebecca Hair Products, Inc. smoothly passed the re-examination for high and new technology enterprise

    On Feb. 17th, provincial science and technology department, provincial finance ministry, provincial State Taxation Bureau, Local Taxation Bureau issued the document ( Henan Branch [2012] No.8), publishing the annual passed review high-tech enterprises list of Henan province in 2011, in which Rebecca hair products, Inc. ranked.
    According to the specification of “Administrative Methods for the Confirmation of New and High Technology Enterprise", "the qualification certificate of new and high technology enterprise is valid for three years from the date of issue. The enterprise shall apply for review three months before the expiry; otherwise, their new and high technology enterprise qualification shall automatically become null and void, if the enterprise do not put forward the application or is defined unqualified in the process of review." Rebecca embarked on the review in August last year. After a process of declaration, local preliminary examination, expert review, and fair show in nearly half a year, it finally was approved by the national high and new technology enterprise management work leading group and passed the review.
    For years, Rebecca Company has been making full use of the policy advantage of being selected as the national hi-tech enterprise, increasing spending on research and technology innovation, and had achieved remarkable results. In the 3 years, the company has filed 267 patents, 211 authorizations, obtained 6 provincial grade science and technology achievements and acquired 3 provincial science and technology progress awards. It also undertook more than 20 national and provincial funding programs, and provides strong support for continuous development for the enterprise, and the realization of "two possess".
